Home sales on the rise!

News release from NAR on existing home sales indicates the market is heading in a positive direction, good news for a change!
The big question is what direction will the market head in if the first time home buyers tax credit disappears? As a full time REALTOR I feel it is necessary to push for congressional support to extend the tax credit to fuel the economy and continue this upward cycle so we can sustain market values!
